Nila Jo is a Certified Health Minister. She studied under Rev. George Malkmus the founder of Hallelujah Acres in Shelby North Carolina. He developed his own complete natural recovery plan using the Genesis 12:9 (VEGAN) diet. Eliminating meat from your diet is only a small part of going VEGAN. It is all about balancing your nutrients all the way around.
As a Certified Nutritional Counselor Nila Jo works with clients to eliminate poor eating habits, which hinders their body’s ability to function efficiently. A client is not required to give up their favorite foods forever. They just need to make healthier food choices on a regular basis. Choosing good fats over trans-fats such as butter over margarine when cooking or baking. Nila Jo works with established food programs that are safe and effective while coaching the client to better health. Developing a menu of meals so you can stop and shop for foods with the convenience of your customized plan.
